摘要
用新疆哈密地区中低温煤焦油为原料,选择合适的煤焦油加氢工艺产物为萃取剂,对中低温煤焦油进行萃取实验,根据萃取产物中残炭含量确定最佳萃取条件。预处理实验表明,加氢尾油作为萃取剂最为合适,优于所比较的重芳烃和酚油,最佳萃取剂比例为30%~50%;最佳萃取温度为70℃。
Using medium and low temperature coal tar as raw material, appropriate coal tar hydrogenation process products were selected as extract agent, medium and low temperature coal tar extraction experiment was carried out, and the best extraction conditions were determined according to the residual carbon content in the extraction products. Pretreatment experiments show that hydrogenic tail oil is the most suitable as an extractor, over the compared heavy aromatics and phenolic oil, and the optimal extraction ratio was 30%-50%, the optimal extraction temperature is 70 ℃.
