摘要
油气集输系统效率的概念和相关的测试工作是在国家“七五”期间开始出现的。石油行业的系统效率测试的规范化管理最早可以追溯到1991年,为了推动各油田的节能降耗工作,由大庆油田节能处组织编写了相应标准。2012年,又推出了新标准,即:SY/T 5264—2012《油田生产系统能耗测试和计算方法》,将系统效率测试作为标准中的一个章节,简化了复杂的测试程序,取消了管效的测试等,并以站能源效率的模式代替了系统效率。本项目拟运用先进的灰色关联技术数据分析手段,对集输系统能源利用率计算基础参数进行分析,确定出影响集输系统能源利用率的最关键因素,且定量分析出其影响程度,为制定集输系统能源利用率的提升方案打好基础。
The concept of oil and gas gathering and transportation system efficiency and related testing work began to appear during the national Seventh Five Year Plan period.The standardized management of system efficiency test in the petroleum industry can be traced back to 1991.In order to promote the energy conservation and consumption reduction of each oilfield,the Energy Conservation Department of Daqing Oilfield organized and compiled the corresponding standards.In 2012,a new standard,SY/T 5264—2012 energy consumption test and calculation method of oilfield production system,was launched,which took the system efficiency test as a chapter of the standard,simplified the complex test procedure,cancelled the management efficiency test,and replaced the system efficiency with the station energy efficiency mode.The project plans to use advanced grey correlation technology data analysis means to analyze the basic parameters of energy utilization calculation of the gathering and transmission system,determine the most key factors affecting the energy utilization of the gathering and transmission system,and quantitatively analyze its influence degree,so as to lay a good foundation for formulating the improvement scheme of energy utilization of the gathering and transmission system.
