摘要
现行天然气长输管道设计规范没有详细全面地规定不同压力安全设备在不同压力超限情况下的行动水平,没有阐明如何参考现有运行压力数据来评价压力波动处于何种超限水平,以及避免不同行动水平设备间的越级响应。为解决上述问题,文章在已有运行压力数据的参考基础上,将控制图法应用于管网压力波动超限水平的评价,增加压力超限水平的控制限值,进一步优化压力安全设备的定值,提高管网系统的运行平稳可靠性。
The current design codes for long-distance natural gas pipeline do not specify the action levels of different pressure safety equipment for overrun control in detail and comprehensively,and do not clarify how to refer to the existing pressure data to evaluate the level of fluctuations and avoid the over-response between equipment with different action level.In order to solve these problems,based on the existing pressure data,control chart method is applied to the evaluation of over-pressure fluctuation.It offers some additional control levels for reference over-pressure.Optimizing the setting values of pressure safety equipment will further to improve the stability and reliability of pipeline network system.
