摘要
文章探讨了系统中杂质对UV220、UV275和UV350影响的敏感性;采用离子色谱和液相色谱,对乙二醇工艺系统中各类杂质进行分析表征,并对各杂质的脱除效率和对UV的影响进行研究。实验结果表明,系统中杂质对UV275吸收率较高,且影响最显著,对指导装置各系统脱除杂质的操作优化有导向作用。研究证明,工艺循环水处理单元(PA-550)操作的稳定性至关重要,是装置脱除各类杂质的关键节点,优化其操作既能提高装置的经济效益,亦可为装置后期扩能改造提供空间。
The sensitivity of impurities in the system to UV220,UV275 and UV350 was investigated,and the impurities in the ethylene glycol system were characterized by ion chromatography and liquid chromatography,the removal efficiency of each impurity and its effect on UV were also studied.The experimental results show that the impurities in the system have higher UV275 absorption rate and the most significant effect on the removal of impurities.The study proves that the stability of the process Circulating Water Treatment Unit(PA-550)operation is very important,and it is the key node for removing all kinds of impurities in the plant.Optimizing its operation can improve the economic benefit of the plant,the utility model can also provide space for the later stage capacity expansion of the device.
