深海中蕴藏着丰富的资源,其开发的潜力较大,也是世界海洋科技强国争夺的重要区域。中国在“十三五”规划中已经把开发深海作为战略高技术部署的一个重要区域。深海的环境是比较独特且复杂的环境,所以对深海管道装备以及材料有更严格的要求,同时给深海装备的设计以及使用带来较多的挑战。文章主要讨论油气资源在深海的发展情况以及深海管道技术和符合材料应用的前景。

The deep sea is rich in resources and has great development potential.It is also an important area for the world's Marine science and technology powers.China has taken in the"13 th Five-Year Plan"the development of deep-sea as an important area of strategic hightech deployment.The deep-sea environment is a relatively unique and complex environment,so there are stricter requirements for deep-sea pipeline equipment and materials,and it brings more challenges to the design and use of deep-sea equipment.This paper mainly discusses the development of oil and gas resources in the deep sea and the prospect of deep sea pipeline technology and conforming material application.
