摘要
流动保障技术是一种综合考虑介质特性、管道流动特性、管道的水力、热力条件、结蜡规律等因素对输送管道的影响而采取一定保障措施的技术手段,该技术在油气管道的设计阶段、运行维护阶段为管道安全、经济输送提供技术支持和保障。文章介绍了某企业原料渣油长输管道连续低流量输送的成功案例,在该案例成功输送之初,该企业做了大量的工作,首先是对渣油介质特性,特别是凝点、析蜡点反复测,其次综合考虑距离相对比较近、首站比末站地势高、管径较大等客观因素,结合风险辨识结果,采取有效的保障措施,将低流量输送的风险降至可接受风险,最终实现了低流量连续输送的成功。
The flow assurance technology is a kind of technical means to take certain assurance measures by considering the influence of the factors such as the medium characteristics,the flow characteristics of the pipeline,the hydraulic and thermal conditions of the pipeline,the law of wax deposition and so on,this technology provides technical support and assurance for the safety and economic transportation of oil and gas pipeline in the design phase and operation and maintenance phase.This paper introduces a successful case of continuous low-flow transportation in a long-distance pipeline of residual oil from a certain enterprise.At the beginning of the successful transportation of this case,the Enterprise has done a lot of work,secondly,taking into account the objective factors such as relatively short distance,higher topography of the first station than the last station,and larger pipe diameter,and combining the results of risk identification,effective assurance measures are taken to reduce the risk of low-flow transportation to acceptable risk,finally realized the success of low-flow continuous transmission.
