摘要
电力建设单位在规划建设智能电网线路过程中,没有重点考虑电网的柔性负荷影响因素,导致智能电网线路覆盖率低、信号强度弱和传输性能差等问题,文章提出了一种考虑柔性负荷接入技术的智能电网线路规划模型构建方法.首先,对不同类型智能电网的柔性负荷进行分析,根据分析结果建立对应补偿成本函数,在此基础上将通信可靠性和链路成本作为约束指标,以此构建智能电网线路规划模型,再采用改进小生镜遗传算法求解模型,实现智能电网线路的最优规划建设方案.实验结果表明,所提方法的线路覆盖率广、信号强度高、传输性能好,具有较高推广和使用价值.
In the process of planning and constructing smart grid lines,power construction units often do not focus on the factors affecting the flexible load of the grid,which leads to the problems of low line coverage,weak signal strength and poor transmission performance of the smart grid.This paper proposes a method to build a smart grid line planning model considering the flexible load connection technology.Firstly,the flexible load of different types of smart grid is analyzed,and the corresponding compensation cost function is established according to the analysis results.On this basis,the communication reliability and link cost are taken as constraint indexes to build the smart grid line planning model.Then the improved xiaoshengjing genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the optimal planning and construction scheme of smart grid line is realized.The experimental results show that the proposed method has wide line coverage,high signal strength and good transmission performance,and has high promotion and application value.
