供给侧改革背景下高职院校工程造价专业人才培养质量提升措施研究

Research on Improving Personnel Training Majoring in Project Costin Higher Vocational Instituteson the Background of Supply-side Structural Reform

“十四五”时期,高职院校要深化供给侧改革,以促进教育教学健康持续发展为目标,不断提升专业人才培养质量。本文以工程造价专业为例,在总结高职院校人才培养现状的基础上,从质量标准、质量控制和质量评价三个层面对提升专业人才培养质量进行了分析,并对人才培养过程中的重点,即人才培养方案、课程改革、造价社团整改、校企合作优化和人才质量评价,进行了探讨。

For the 14th Five-Year Plan,higher vocational institutes will continue to deepen supply-side structural reform.The objective is to facilitate a sustainable development in higher vocational education.Based on current personnel training in higher vocational institutes,this paper,taking project cost major for example makes an analysis of promoting professional personnel training in terms of three levels,namely,quality standard,quality control and quality evaluation.The paper also deals with key points in the process of personnel training,including personnel training program,curriculum reform,project cost association reform,optimized cooperation between enterprises and colleges and personnel quality evaluation as well.
