Research and Exploration on Improvement of Teaching Capability of Teachers in Vocational Institutes in the Background of New Times

为适应新时代对技术技能人才培养的新要求,职业院校教师要加强理论学习、积极参与专业培训,更新教学理念、提升专业素养,通过专业竞赛、课题研究和教研等提高综合能力;学校也要加强教学团队建设,改善软硬件环境,改革教学评价体系,提高教师教育教学能力,为国家培养更多更优秀的德智体美劳全面发展的技术技能人才。

In order to adapt for the new requirement on cultivation of talents with technical skills in the new times,the vocational institutesshall reinforce the theory study,participate proactively in the professional training,promote specialty accomplishment and improve the comprehensive capability through professional contest,subjectstudy and research on teaching.The colleges are required to consolidate the construction of teacher's team,improve the software and hardware environment,innovate the teaching and appraisal system in order to improve the education and teaching capability of teacher for cultivate more excellent technical talents with All-around development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education for the Nation.
