高职院校档案信息化建设体系研究

Research on Construction System of Information-based Archive in Higher Vocational Institutes

本文主要分析在信息化时代背景下,高职院校档案管理实施信息化建设的必要性和可行性,从资源体系、管理体系、共享体系、安全体系四个方面研究构建档案信息化建设体系,提出了加强档案管理,提升档案利用率、保护档案安全需要采取的措施。

It made analysis on the necessity and feasibility of implementing the construction of information-based archives management in higher vocational institutes in the background of informatization time.It made research on the system construction of information-based archives in the aspects of resource system,management system,sharing system and safety system and proposed necessary measures to be taken for consolidated archives management,improved utilization of archives and protection the archives safety.
