摘要
在高职院校可持续发展的过程中,资产管理不当会严重制约院校发展。本文沿袭公共物品、代理、激励和效率等经济学思维,对高职院校资产管理的重要特征进行分析,详细地分析了高职院校在资产管理的过程中存在哪些问题,并且提出了改进的措施。
In the process of sustainable development of higher vocational institutes,improper assets management may restrain seriously their development.Following the economics thinking such as public articles,agency,incentives and efficiency,this paper analysis on the key characters of assets management in higher vocational institutes.It analyzes in detail these problems existed during assets management in higher vocational institutes and putsforward the corrective measures accordingly.
