摘要 高炉冶炼是钢铁生产的主要工艺环节,但是也是高污染和高能耗的重点部位,随着国家钢铁行业超低排放产业政策的实施,对高炉冶炼生产提出了更高的要求。因此,要求高炉冶炼生产要遵循高效、低耗、环保的原则,要不断探索高炉炼铁新工艺、新技术,提高高炉冶炼操作水平。本文简要介绍高炉炼铁的工艺和装备,对高炉炼铁工艺改进的方向和目标进行了探讨,并对目前高炉冶炼主要先进工艺和技术的实际运用情况进行了分析总结,为企业今后高炉冶炼工艺的进一步优化升级提供经验借鉴。 Blast furnace smelting is the main process link of iron and steel production,but it is also a key part of high pollution and high energy consumption,with the implementation of the national industrial policy of ultra-low emission in iron and steel industry,higher requirements are put forward for blast furnace smelting production.Therefore,the blast furnace smelting production is required to follow the principles of high efficiency,low consumption and environmental protection,constantly explore blast furnace ironmaking new processes and new technologies,and improve the operation level of blast furnace smelting.This paper briefly introduces the process and equipment of blast furnace ironmaking,and discusses the direction and goal of improving blast furnace ironmaking process,which also analyzes and summarizes the actual application of the main advanced processes and technologies of blast furnace smelting,so as to provide experience for the further optimization and upgrading of blast furnace smelting process in the future.
