摘要
氮元素在现有的大多数钢种中是有害元素,虽然它在钢中的含量很少,但是却对钢材的性能有着显著的影响,天津钢铁有限公司在生产SWRH82B硬线钢时也遇到了钢水氮含量高而造成的相应质量问题。本文在炼钢、连铸两方面对钢水中氮含量的影响因素进行了分析,并对钢水控氮技术进行了研究。在生产过程中,通过优化转炉冶炼操作和底吹模式,对加入合金中氮元素的检测,对相应工艺环节的隔绝空气的严格控制等措施,使钢水氮含量较之前大幅减少,最终得到性能优良的成品钢。
Nitrogen is a harmful element in most existing steel grades, although its content is rarely in steel, it has a significant impact on the properties of steel, When producing SWRH82B hard wire steel,Tianjin Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. also encountered corresponding quality problems caused by high nitrogen content in molten steel. In this paper, the influencing factors of nitrogen content in molten steel are analyzed from two aspects of steelmaking and continuous casting, and studied on the nitrogen control technology of molten steel. In the production process,by optimizing converter smelting operation and bottom blowing mode,the detection of nitrogen in the alloy and the strict control of the isolated air of the corresponding process links, the nitrogen content of molten steel is greatly reduced compared with that before, and obtained finally the finished steel with excellent performance.
