摘要
化验分析铁矿石中各种元素含量的方法很多,利用荧光光谱仪定量、定性分析铁矿石中各种元素的含量是目前最为便捷的方法之一。荧光光谱仪测定铁矿石中各元素含量,不但精密度高,分析速度快,而且可以同时完成十几种乃至几十种元素的同时测定。利用荧光光谱仪测定铁矿石中的全铁,重现性可高达98%,但是必须在样品熔融的过程中加入内标试剂三氧化二钴。本文介绍了荧光光谱的结构、工作原理以及检测铁矿石所需要的试剂,分析了三氧化二钴试剂的加入方式、粒度对全铁检测成分的影响。通过三氧化二钴试剂的预熔处理,并将熔片研磨到180目以上粒径,铁矿石全铁检测精度和稳定性得到明显改善,满足了生产经营对铁矿石成分检测的要求。
There are many methods to analyze the content of various elements in iron ore,quantitative and qualitative analysis of various elements in iron ore by fluorescence spectrometer is one of the most convenient methods at present.The fluorescence spectrometer not only has high precision and fast analysis speed,but also can complete the simultaneous determination of more than ten or even dozens of elements at the same time.Using fluorescence spectrometer to determine total iron in iron ore,the reproducibility can be as high as 98%,however,the internal standard reagent cobalt trioxide must be added during the melting of the sample.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of fluorescence spectrum and the reagents needed to detect iron ore,analyzed the effects of adding method and particle size of cobalt trioxide reagent on the composition of iron ore total iron.Through the pre melting treatment of cobalt trioxide reagent and grinding the molten sheet to a particle size of more than 180 mesh,the accuracy and stability of iron ore total iron detection have been significantly improved,which meets the requirements of iron ore composition detection in the process of production and operation.
