摘要
目前生产中生铁磷含量的检测的方法是X-荧光光谱仪,但需要定期采用吸光光度法对X-荧光光谱仪检测数值进行效验。在实际生产中发现,当生铁中磷含量>0.150%时,吸光光度法经常出现测定数值偏低且不稳定的情况。本文从样品溶解条件、试剂添加和比色皿规格等三个方面对现有的生铁磷含量测定方法进行了改进。初步实验表明,新方法能显著提高高磷铸铁中磷含量测定数据的准确度和稳定性,对指导生产具有重要作用。
At present,the detection method of phosphorus content in pig iron in production is X-fluorescence spectrometer,but,it is necessary to regularly use absorbance method to verify the detection value of X-fluorescence spectrometer.It is found in actual production that when the phosphorus content in pig iron is more than 0.150%,the determination value of spectrophotometry is often low and unstable.In this paper,the existing methods used of spectrophotometric analysis for detection phosphorus content in pig iron were improved from three aspects:sample dissolution conditions,reagent addition and cuvette specification.Preliminary experiments show that the new method can significantly improve the accuracy and stability of phosphorus content determination data in high phosphorus iron,and plays an important role in guiding production.
