烧结烟气超低排放稳定运行的研究与实践 被引量:2

摘要 钢铁行业是我国大气污染治理和超低排放控制的重点领域,而烧结工序又是各钢铁企业超低排放治理的重点治理环节。目前选择性催化还原脱硝工艺(SCR)已广泛应用于烧结烟气净化,天钢联合特钢有限公司两台230 m^(2)烧结机脱硝工艺就是采用的SCR技术。但在实际生产中,经常发生反应器内催化剂和回转再生式烟气换热器(GGH)堵塞现象,对烧结生产造成了影响。本文介绍了SCR脱销原理,分析了催化剂和GGH堵塞的原因。通过对GGH净烟气入口温度的调整、催化剂吹灰器的改造、吹灰气源的加热改造以及向原烟气中喷入调质剂等改进措施的实施,催化剂与GGH堵塞问题相继得到了解决。 The iron and steel industry is the key field of air pollution governance and ultra-low emission control in China,and the sintering process is the key link of ultra-low emission control in iron and steel enterprises.At present,selective catalytic reduction denitration technology(SCR)has been widely used in sintering flue gas purification,the denitration process of two 230 m^(2) sintering machines of Tiangang United Special Steel Co.,Ltd.adopts SCR technology.However,in actual production,the catalyst in the reactor and rotary regenerative flue gas heat exchanger(GGH)are often blocked,which has an impact on sintering production.This paper introduces the principle of SCR denitration technology,and analyzes the causes of catalyst and GGH blocking.Through the implementation of improvement measures such as adjusting the inlet temperature of GGH net flue gas,reforming the catalyst soot blower,heating the soot blowing gas source and injecting conditioning agent into the original flue gas,the blockage of catalyst and GGH has been solved one after another.
