开放大学教师韧性的质性研究

The Qualitative Research on the Resilience of Open University Teachers

开放大学建设给教师带来新的工作压力和挑战,而教师韧性能够有效应对和适应面临的压力、挑战,对于教师持续专业成长具有重要作用。以质性研究方法收集资料,选取10名开放大学教师进行访谈,运用质性研究的一般流程对文本进行编码与分析。研究表明:开放大学教师韧性由个性品质、职业动机、专业发展、人际支持4个维度构成,并以此为基础构建了开放大学教师韧性模型。建议从训练自我管理、开展入职培训、健全培养机制、完善保障措施等方面提升开放大学教师韧性。

The construction of open universities brings new work pressures and challenges to teachers,and the teachers’resilience can effectively cope with and adapt to the pressures and challenges they face,which plays an important role in the continuous professional growth of teachers.This paper adopts the qualitative research method to collect data,selects 10 open university teachers to conduct interviews,and uses the general process of qualitative research to encode and analyze the text.The results show that the resilience of open university teachers consists of four dimensions:personality traits,career motivation,professional development and interpersonal support.Based on this,the resilience model of open university teachers is constructed.Besides,it is suggested to improve the resilience of open university teachers in terms of training self-management,launching induction training,improving training mechanism,and improving security measures.
