摘要
为满足复杂软硬岩交替地质条件下城市轨道交通快速掘进及隧道安全,以我国轨道交通领域首创DSUC型双护盾TBM施工的青岛轨道交通1号线工程为研究对象,针对施工中组装场地刀盘应力过于集中、通过断层破碎带时易卡、注浆不够密实等难题,通过集成模块化设计、采用垂直皮带输送机、增加辅推油缸、优化导向系统、增设循环水系统、进行地表注浆加固、设置止浆环等举措,不仅有效解决了施工难题,而且极大提高了掘进速度,保证了隧道质量安全。
In order to meet the requirements of safe,rapid and smooth excavation of urban rail transit tunnel under complex soft and hard rock alternating geological conditions,Qingdao Rail Transit Line 1 Project,the first DSUC double shield TBM Construction in the domestic rail transit field,is taken as the research object.In view of the excessive stress concentration of the cutterhead in the assembly site during construction and the cutterhead easy to get stuck when passing through the fault fracture zone,the integrated modular design is put forward,which includes the use of vertical belt conveyor,the addition of auxiliary push cylinder,the optimization of guidance system,the addition of circulating water system,the reinforcement of surface grouting,and the setting of grout stop ring.The design can solve the mentioned problems,accelerate the excavation speed,and ensure the safety and quality of the tunnel construction.
