广州从化农村水系综合整治对策探析

On the Comprehensive Improvement of Rural Water System in Conghua

农村水系不仅是农业生产的基础,也是农村生态系统的核心所在。为践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念,广州市从化区高度重视农村水系连通与河流综合治理,对农村水系现状与存在问题进行认真分析并出台了应对举措。对此以鸭洞河、小海河流域治理为例,阐述从化农村水系综合整治措施及打造“水美乡村”系列举措。

Rural water system is not only the basis of agricultural production,but also a core component of rural ecosystem.In order to implement the concept of“green mountains and clear water are equal to mountains of gold and silver”,rural water system connectivity and comprehensive river management are attached great importance,the current situation and problems of rural water system are analyzed,and countermeasures are taken.Taking the governance of Yadong River and Xiaohai River as examples,this paper expounds the comprehensive measures of rural water system management in Conghua district and the“beautiful villages with crystal water”plan.
