引领青年建设世界科技强国,需要弘扬中国科学家精神。科学家精神力量包括内驱力和外张力两大系统,内驱力包含真理力、情感力、道德力和意志力四个要素,外张力包含感召力、镇定力、创造力和物质力四个要素。内驱力和外张力互相联系、相互影响。科学家精神内驱力要向外张力成功转化,正确认识科学家精神的本质是前提,遵循科学家精神教育规律是基础,建立健全尊重科学尊重科学家的制度是保障,发挥媒体作用正确宣传科学家精神是支撑,营造科学家精神风清气正的社会环境是关键。在大学生中进行科学祛魅、科学启蒙,根植科学家精神、促进科学家精神内驱力向外张力转化,发掘科研苗子、培养科研后备军,真正做好科研育人,科技强国才会后继有人。

To lead the youth to build a scientific and technological superpower,we need to carry forward the spirit of Chinese scientists.The spiritual strength of scientists includes two systems of internal drive and external tension.Internal drive which involves four elements:truth force,emotional force,ethical force and willpower,and external tension,which contains four elements:charisma,calmness,creativity and the ability to create material wealth.Internal drive and external tension are related to each other and affect each other.In order to successfully transform spiritual inner drive of scientists into external tension,the premise is the correct understanding of the essence of the scientists'spirit;the basis is following the laws of scientists'spiritual education;and it can be guaranteed by establishing and perfecting the system of respecting science and scientists.Playing the role of the media to correctly publicize the scientist's spirit is the support,and creating a social environment where the scientist's spirit is clean and honest is the key.We should carry out scientific disenchantment and scientific enlightenment among colleges and universities students,root the spirit of scientists,promote the inner drive of scientists to transform into external tension,discover scientific research talents,train scientific research reserve army,and truly do a good job in scientific research.Only by doing these can our scientific and technological power have qualified successors.
