沥青混合料的生产质量对于沥青路面的承载性能与使用寿命影响重大。在沥青混合料的生产制备过程中,则主要以“后场”和“前场”两个施工环节作为质量控制的重点。因此,该文从设备选择、材料分析和工艺管理等角度,对沥青混合料生产过程中“后场”和“前场”的质量控制要点进行了详细论述,以期为相关行业的研究提供一定的参考。

The production quality of asphalt mixture has a significant influence on the bearing capacity and service life of asphalt pavement.In the preparation and production process of asphalt mixture,the two construction links of"back yard"and"front yard"are mainly taken as the focus of quality control.Therefore,from the perspective of equipment selection,material analysis and process management,this paper discusses in detail the key points of quality control of"back field"and"front field"in the production process of asphalt mixture,with a view to provide a certain reference for the research of related industries.
