装配式建筑PC构件的质量控制及施工管理措施分析

Analysis on Quality Control and Construction Management Measures of PC Components in Prefabricated Buildings

与传统建筑工程相比,装配式建筑工程的建设施工需要使用到大量构件,这对于材料质量控制、现场施工管理工作的有效落实提出了更高要求。该文以装配式建筑PC构件的质量控制及施工管理为探讨主题,从革新质量管控体系、加强事前准备、定期组织工程例会、全程监督与验收、第三方检查以及精细化管控等方面阐述对构件生产加工与现场施工实施质量管控的实践策略。

Compared with traditional construction engineering,the construction of prefabricated construction engineering needs to use a large number of components,which has set higher requests for the effective implementation of material quality control and on-site construction management.Taking the quality control and construction management of prefabricated building PC components as the discussion topic,this paper expounds the practical strategies of quality control for component production,processing and on-site construction from the aspects of innovating the quality control system,strengthening prior preparation,regularly organizing regular engineering meetings,whole process supervision and acceptance,third-party inspection and fine control.
