在信息化社会飞速发展的今天,公共图书馆作为信息服务、知识服务的社会主体之一,其重要社会职能--阅读服务也经历着从内容到形式的深刻变革与发展。该文从信息化时代和信息化社会的内涵与特点出发,剖析公共图书馆阅读服务现状及其存在的主要问题,探索基于信息化时代特点的公共图书馆阅读服务的变革方向与内容,即未来服务方式的智能化、服务内容的数字化、服务范围的全球化,以及服务模式的个性化等。

Today,with the rapid development of informatization society,public library,as one of the social subjects of information service and knowledge service,its important social function-reading service is also experiencing profound change and development from content to form.Starting from the connotation and characteristics of the information age and informatization society,this paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of public library reading service,explores the direction and content of public library reading service based on the characteristics of the informatization age reform,that is,the intellectualization of future service mode,the digitization of service content,the globalization of service scope,and the personalization of service mode.
