科技馆科普工作对群众文化的提升作用分析

中国科技博物馆是社会主义公益性的新型文化设施,旨在普及科学技术知识,弘扬中国科技精神,发展现代社会先进的传统文化,提高广大群众的科技素质,实现科教兴国的伟大战略。科技博物馆的组织和普及是宣传科技发展理念、普及人民科技文化的重要途径。2015年,中国科学技术协会、信息产业部、财政部三次联合发布国家科技博物馆免费开放通知。这就要求各级国家科技博物馆要抓住自由参加科学公开展览的机会,把握科学普及的方向,加强科学普及,吸引更多的社会媒体进入各级博物馆,充分发挥科学、技术、文化和普及群众的重要作用。

China Science and Technology Museum is a new socialist public welfare cultural facility,aiming at popularizing scientific and technological knowledge,carrying forward the spirit of Chinese science and technology,developing the advanced traditional culture of modern society,and improving the scientific and technological quality of the masses,realizing the great strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.The organization and popularization of science and technology museum is an important way to publicize the concept of science and technology development and popularize the science and technology culture of the people.In 2015,China Association for Science and Technology,Ministry of Information Industry and Ministry of Finance of PRC jointly issued three notices on the free admission of the National Science and Technology Museum.This requires national science and technology museums at all levels to seize the opportunity of freely participating in public science exhibitions,grasping the direction of science popularization,strengthening science popularization,and attracting more social media to museums at all levels,giving full play to the important role of science,technology,culture and popularization of the masses.
