依托国内超大型锰矿构建我国自主可控的锰矿产业供应链

Country’s Autonomousand Controllable Manganese Industry Supply Chain Building Rely on Domestic Superhuge Manganese Ore

锰矿是我国国民经济建设不可或缺的战略性矿产资源。随着工业发展对锰矿资源的需求日益增长,国内产量已经无法满足需求,形成了长期依赖进口的局面。现阶段国际矿业形势变幻莫测,国内锰矿资源和供应面临着较高的不安全度和未知度。本文在分析锰矿资源战略意义,梳理国内外锰矿资源状况的基础上,提出了国内锰矿产业存在的问题,建议从国家宏观、上游资源、中游加工和下游应用四个方面采取对策,保障国内锰矿资源安全的同时,构建自主可控的锰矿产业供应链。

The manganese ore is an indispensable strategic mineral resource in the country’s national economic construction.With fast industrial development,domestic manganese production is unable to meet growing demand,thus formed long-term rely on import situation.At the present stage,international mining industry situation is unpredictable;domestic manganese resources and supply is facing higher insecurity and indeterminacy.On the bases of manganese resource strategic significance analysis,domestic and abroad manganese resources sorting out,the paper has pointed out existing problems in domestic manganese industry,proposed countermeasures from national macroscopic view,advanced position resources,intervening processing and backward position application four aspects.At the same time ensuring domestic manganese resource security,should build autonomous and controllable manganese industry supply chain.
