高校大学生雷锋精神培育现状与对策摭探

Exploration of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Cultivating Lei Feng Spirit of College Students

大学生雷锋精神的培育,对于高素质人才培养、社会发展与民族振兴有着重要的现实意义。当前辽宁省高校大学生雷锋精神培育的整体态势良好,但仍存在有待改进之处。文章结合德育环境理论,从大学生主体、家庭、学校和社会角度分析当前雷锋精神培育的现实困境及其成因,认为应从注重雷锋精神培育的全面性、创新雷锋精神培育方式方法、构建“四位一体”雷锋精神培育格局、完善雷锋精神培育机制四个方面,改善当前高校大学生雷锋精神培育现状。

The cultivation of Lei Feng spirit of college students has important practical significance for the cultivation of high-quality talents,social development and national revitalization.At present,the overall situation of Lei Feng spirit cultivation of college students in Liaoning province is good,but there are still areas to be improved.Combined with the theory of moral education environment,this paper analyzes the current practical difficulties and causes of Lei Feng spirit cultivation from the perspectives of college students,families,schools and society,and holds that we should pay attention to the comprehensiveness of Lei Feng spirit cultivation,innovate the ways and methods of Lei Feng spirit cultivation,construct the"four in one"Lei Feng spirit cultivation pattern,and improve the Lei Feng spirit cultivation mechanism,improve the current situation of cultivating Lei Feng spirit among college students.
