汉语国际教育专业学生就业问题与成果导向改革思考

On the Employment of Students Majoring in Chinese International Education and the Reform of Achievement Orientation

变化的国际形势直接造成汉语国际教育专业学生的实习与就业机会减少,而成果导向理念对于高校如何及时调整专业建设策略、促进学生“就业力”提高具有重要的指导意义。文章以应用型本科高校黑龙江外国语学院为例,主要简述汉语国际教育专业学生就业面临的问题,并从几个方面探讨汉语国际教育专业面向就业深化改革的措施。要以成果为导向,注重专业培养内涵化;以学生为中心,明确指向,突出特色;持续改进评价方式,与实践体系多元联动;重视教师“言传身教”,注重能力与就业意识双向引导。

The changing international situation directly reduces the internship and employment opportunities of students majoring in Chinese international education major,and the achievement oriented concept has important guiding significance for colleges and universities to timely adjust their professional construction strategies and promote the improvement of students'employability.Taking Heilongjiang international university as an example,this paper mainly describes the problems faced by students majoring in Chinese international education major,and discusses the measures to deepen the reform of Chinese international education major from several aspects.We should be result oriented and pay attention to the connotation of professional training;student centered,clear direction and highlight characteristics;continuously improve the evaluation method and multi linkage with the practice system;attach importance to teachers'"teaching by words and deeds",and pay attention to the two-way guidance of ability and employment consciousness.
