图书馆在人才培养工作中的策略研究

公共图书馆作为社会教育的重要场所,其服务对象为全体公民,具有受众广、资源丰富、教育手段多元、教育资源可持续性、公益性等诸多优势,对人才培养具有重要意义。文章指出公共图书馆要想切实发挥自身的社会教育功能,体现其人才培养的作用,就必须加强基础设施建设,广泛开展活动,优化馆藏结构,延长开放时间,提高馆员素质,建设数字图书馆,与学校进行资源共享,从而完善自身的服务能力,提高自身的影响力,提升自身的核心竞争力。

As an important place of social education,public library serves all citizens,it has many advantages,such as wide audience,rich resources,diversified educational means,sustainability of educational resources,public welfare and so on,it is of great significance to the cultivation of talents.This paper points out that if public libraries want to give full play to their social education function and reflect their role in talent cultivate,they must widely carry out activities,optimize the collection structure,prolong the opening hours,improve the quality of librarians,build a digital library,share resources with schools,so as to improve their service ability,improve their influence and enhance their core competitiveness.
