由陶行知教育思想谈中国职业教育适应性发展--纪念陶行知先生诞辰130周年

On the Adaptive Development of Chinese Vocational Education from Tao Xingzhi's Educational Thought:Commemoration of the 130th Anniversary of Mr.Tao Xingzhi's Birth

陶行知是伟大的人民教育家。文章从“知行”“行知”与“行知行”之名,讲述陶行知改名、换名、造字取名的教育思想变革经历;从“教育即生活”“生活即教育”与“学校即社会”“社会即学校”以及“做中学”与“教学做合一”之实,讲述陶行知借鉴、改造美国杜威的教育思想,创立适合中国国情的生活教育理论与实践体系的“翻了半个跟头”历程,阐释了陶行知教育思想对于推动与促进中国教育变革、提高教育适应性的深刻机理与动力机制。借此,分别从职业教育“工程化”、EPIP教学模式“工程化”、“五业联动”办学模式“工程化”、“供给侧结构性改革”等维度,探析了新时代中国职业教育高质量发展、适应性发展的新路径。

Tao Xingzhi was a great people educator.From the name of"knowing and acting,""acting and knowing"and"acting,knowing,acting",this paper describes Tao Xingzhi's educational thought reform experience of changing name,changing name and creating name.From the reality of"education is life""life is education"and"school is society""society is school""learning by doing"and"integration of teaching and learning",this paper describes the process of Tao Xingzhi's educational thought of drawing lessons from and reforming Dewey's educational thought in the United States,and creating a life education theory and practice system suitable for China's national conditions.It explains the profound mechanism and dynamic mechanism of Tao Xingzhi's educational thought for pushing forward and promoting China's educational reform and improving educational adaptability.Therefore,from the dimensions of vocational education"engineering",EPIP teaching mode"engineering","five industries linkage"school-running mode"engineering"and"supply-side structural reform",this paper analyzes the new path of high-quality and adaptive development of vocational education in China in the new era.
