企业职业教育责任的战略性研究

Strategic Research on the Responsibility of Enterprise Vocational Education

当前校企合作所面临的“校热企冷”的“新二元分割”现象较为明显,这与我国企业职业教育责任难以有效落实具有密切关系。研究以战略性企业社会责任理论为研究框架,提出企业自身经济利益和社会价值创造是战略性企业社会责任的边界。在此基础上,从企业职业教育责任的特征契合性、经济价值和社会价值创造三个方面,对企业职业教育责任进行战略性阐述。研究发现,企业职业教育责任契合战略性企业社会责任的特征,责任履行可以实现自身经济价值创造和提升社会整体福利,是一种战略性企业社会责任。

At present,the phenomenon of"hot school and cold enterprise"and"new dual division"in school-enterprise cooperation in China are more obvious,which is closely related to the difficulty in effectively implementing the responsibility of enterprise vocational education in China.Based on the theory of strategic corporate social responsibility,this paper proposes that the boundary of strategic corporate social responsibility is the creation of enterprise's own economic interests and social value.On this basis,this paper expounds the strategic responsibility of enterprise vocational education from the following three aspects:the characteristic fit,the economic value and the social value creation.It is found that the responsibility of enterprise vocational education is in line with the characteristics of strategic corporate social responsibility.The implementation of responsibility can realize its own economic value creation and improve the overall social welfare,which is a kind of strategic corporate social responsibility.
