基于职业技能竞赛对于构建技能型社会的价值研究,从技能竞赛在技能型社会建设中转变传统社会观念、提升技能人才培养质量和提升我国职业教育和技能培训国际地位三个维度,阐述了建设技能型社会所需要的“理论实践并重”“人人皆可成才”和“追求精益求精”新发展观念,从人才的“核心竞争力”“服务适应力”和“创新发展力”出发,分析了技能竞赛在构建技能型社会中对于技能人才培养质量的提升作用,以发挥好技能竞赛的“窗口作用”“名片效应”和“平台效应”为切入点,深入研究了中国技能人才培养模式向世界推介、中国制造和中国技术标准走向全球、向人类命运共同体建设注入“技能力量”等重点工作。

Based on the research on the value of vocational skill competition in building a skill-based society from three dimensions:changing the traditional social concept of skill competition in the construction of a skill based society,improving the quality of skilled personnel training and improving the international status of China's vocational education and skill training,fully expounds the new development concepts of"paying equal attention to theory and practice","everyone can become a useful person"and"pursuing excellence"needed to build a skilled society,starting from the"core competitiveness","service adaptability"and"innovative development"of talents,analyzes the role of skill competition in improving the training quality of skilled talents in building a skilled society,based on how to give full play to the"window effect","business card effect"and"platform effect"of skill competition,deeply studies the key work such as the promotion of China's growth and training mode of skilled talents to the world,the global trend of made in China and Chinese technical standards,and the injection of"skill power"into the construction of a community of shared future for mankind.
