摘要
依据《中等职业学校教师专业标准》对中等职业学校教师在“专业理念与师德”“专业知识”“专业能力”三个方面的要求,审视当前《教育硕士专业学位研究生(职业技术教育领域)指导性培养方案》和试点单位课程设置的现状,发现存在专业理念和师德方面的课程少、职业教育类课程少、通识性课选修课程少、实践教学课程的设置较少且不具体、专业课缺乏体现中等职业学校专业大类相关内容等问题,并依据《专业标准》,从问题实际出发,就完善教育硕士(职业技术教育领域)课程设置提出建议。
According to the requirements of"Professional Standards for Secondary Vocational School Teachers"in three aspects of"professional concept and ethics","professional knowledge"and"professional ability"for secondary vocational school teachers,this paper examines the current situation of the"Guiding Training Program for Master of Education Professional Degree Graduates(In the field of Vocational and Technical Education)"and the curriculum setting of pilot units.It is found that there are few courses related to professional philosophy and teacher ethics,few vocational education courses,few elective courses for general education,few and unspecific practical teaching courses,and lack of specialized courses reflecting the major categories of secondary vocational schools.According to the Professional Standards,from the actual situation of the problem,suggestions are put forward to improve the curriculum of master of Education(vocational and technical education).
