混合式学习融入高校太极拳教学可行性分析与应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 该文采用文献资料法、数理统计法、观察法等方法,以广州华商学院大一普修课程中十二式简化太极拳教学为研究对象,选择60名大一女生为实验对象,并将其分为实验组和对照组,进行为期一个学期的教学。探讨混合式学习融入高校太极拳教学可行性与其应用研究。结果得出:混合式学习与传统教学相比较,降低了太极拳教学的枯燥性;混合式学习可使学生能熟练地掌握太极拳技术动作;混合式学习融入十二式简化太极拳教学中提高了课堂教学效率。 Using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and observation,this paper takes the twelve Simplified Tai chi teaching in the freshman general course of Guangzhou Huashang University as the research object,selects 60 freshman girls as the experimental objects,and divides them into experimental group and control group for one semester.To explore the feasibility and application of blended learning into Taijiquan teaching in Colleges and universities.The results show that compared with traditional teaching,blended learning reduces the dryness of Tai chi teaching;Blended learning can enable students to skillfully master the technical movements of Tai chi;Blended learning is integrated into the twelve Simplified Tai chi teaching,which improves the efficiency of classroom teaching.
