摘要
高校体育社团以促进大学生的身心健康发展为出发点,为大学生搭建了一个良好的平台,有助于他们在体育活动中提升人际交往能力、释放学习压力和其他不良情绪,从而不断提高、完善自我。该文从体育社团、高校及学生自身3个方面出发,探索提高大学生身心健康水平的有效途径,充分发挥体育社团在大学生心理健康中的积极作用。
College sports associations take promoting the physical and mental health development of college students as the starting point,and build a good platform for college students,which helps to guide them to improve their interpersonal communication ability,release their learning pressure and other bad emotions in sports activities,so as to constantly improve and improve themselves.Starting from the three aspects of sports associations,universities and students themselves,this paper explores effective ways to improve the physical and mental health level of college students,so as to give full play to the positive role of sports associations in college students'mental health.
