生命美育与体育教育的关系及融合途径

Relationship between Life Aesthetic Education and Physical Education

该文主要对生命美育与体育教育的关系及融合途径进行研究,并提出有效的融合途径来提升高校体育教育教学的效率,进而推动我国体育教育事业的创新发展。在高校体育教育教学中,将生命美育与体育美育进行有机结合,能够使学生进一步加深对美的理解。研究发现,针对当前体育教学中存在的问题,二者融合的有效途径应从丰富教学内容、激发学生的学习兴趣、提高教师美育知识等方面入手,以期有效提高学生的综合素质。

This paper mainly studies the relationship and integration ways between life aesthetic education and physical education.And then puts forward effective integration ways to improve the efficiency of physical education and teaching in colleges and universities,so as to promote the innovative development of physical education in China.In the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities,the organic combination of life aesthetic education and physical education can further deepen the students'understanding of beauty.Through the analysis of the article,we know that the effective way to integrate the two should start with enriching the teaching content,arousing the students'interest in learning and improving the teachers'aesthetic education knowledge.
