羽毛球裁判员队伍建设对我国羽毛球运动的发展至关重要,该研究采用文献资料法和访谈法对羽毛球裁判员队伍的建设进行分析。研究发现:我国羽毛球裁判员在层次划分、基本素质和培养模式等方面都有清晰的规定,并取得了一定的成绩;独特的资源和执裁环境作为外部因素,心理素质和执裁经验作为内部因素,共同影响着羽毛球裁判员的执裁能力;注重专业化的选拔和培训流程,提高裁判员的整体素养,对羽毛球裁判员的培训方法和体系加以改进,建立优秀裁判员库,加强教练员库库内人员的交流与学习,健全羽毛球裁判员管理体制,强化责任监督等是加强我国羽毛球裁判员队伍建设的主要对策。

The construction of badminton referee team is very important to the development of badminton in China.This study uses the literature method and interview method to analyze the construction of the badminton referee team.The study found that:China's badminton referees have clear divisions in terms of level division,basic qualities and training models,and have achieved certain results;The unique resources and judging environment as external factors,psychological quality and judging experience as internal factors that affect the judging ability of badminton referees;The main countermeasures to strengthen the construction of badminton referees in China are to pay attention to the professional selection and training process,improve the overall quality of referees,improve the training methods and system of badminton referees,establish a library of excellent referees,strengthen the exchange and learning of personnel in the coach library,improve the management system of badminton referees,and strengthen responsibility supervision.
