Research on Application of Power Grid IT Assets Automation Management System

当前贵州电网公司已经使用的固定资产管理系统已经逐渐成为财务核算的一项核心系统内容,IT资产作为一项固定资产的实际类型也在其中接受管理。该文结合当前贵州电网的IT资产自动化管理系统工作特点,对IT资产自动化管理系统的实际工作的基础情况进行分析研究,通过资产管理模块与其他模块之间的协同作业,实现了IT固定资产的全方位系统管理,加快了统计分析管理,减轻了管理工作质量,提升了工作效率。

At present,the fixed asset management system used by Guizhou Power Grid has gradually become a core system content of financial accounting.IT assets are also managed as the actual type of fixed assets.Combined with the characteristics of the IT asset automation management system of Guizhou Power Grid,this paper analyzes and studies the basic situation of the actual work of the IT asset automation management system.Through the coopera‐tive operation between the asset management module and other modules,the comprehensive system management of IT fixed assets is realized,the statistical analysis management is accelerated,the management quality is reduced,and the work efficiency is improved.
