利用大数据研究分析本科生参与高校图书馆馆员助理的情况

Using Big Data to Research and Analyze the Participation of Undergraduates in University Librarian Assistants

该文以4个年级本科生为研究对象,以大数据为分析方法,研究本科生对高校图书馆馆员助理(以下简称“馆助”)的报名日期、报名时段、报名男女比例、报名岗位情况、不同年级比例、不同特长情况,以及对面试环节、培训环节、实习环节的参与程度等,通过数据对比分析,研究得出本科生对高校图书馆馆助的报名程度低、参与程度低、工作意愿弱等,进而对今后提高效率馆助招聘工作的效率提供数据支撑和决策依据。

Taking four grades of undergraduates as the research object and big data as the analysis method,this paper studies the undergraduate's registration date,registration period,proportion of men and women,registration posi‐tion,proportion of different grades and different specialties of university librarian assistant(hereinafter referred to as"librarian assistant"),as well as their participation in interview,training and internship.Through the comparative analysis of data,it is concluded that undergraduates have have low degree of registration,low degree of participation and weak working intention for university library assistance,which will provide data support and decision-making basis for improving the eff iciency of library assistance recruitment in the future.
