贵州省本科师范院校0-3岁婴幼儿托育师资培养的改革策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 提升0-3岁婴幼儿托育师资培养质量是保障托育事业健康持续发展重要的关键点。针对当前贵州省本科师范院校存在着婴幼儿托育师资培养重视度不够,规模不能满足社会需求,师范院校教师队伍结构与质量难以满足托育师资培养要求,托育师资培养的课程有待于进一步建设与完善等问题,师范院校需加强对托育师资培养的重视,培养社会需要的托育人才,加快完善托育师资结构与提升师资教育质量,建设课程资源,完善托育师资培养课程设置。
