服装用电热致变色纤维材料的制备及性能

摘要 针对传统变色纤维变色响应性差的问题,以变色微胶囊、PMMA为主要原材料,制备电热致变色微胶囊/PMMA空心预制棒,以铜丝作为导电金属丝,通过纤维热拉制备电热致变色织物。结果表明:在电压为3 V的条件下对纤维及纤维织物通电,它们的变色时间约10 s、变色温度约34℃、颜色恢复时间约5 s,电热致变色纤维材料的灵敏性和柔软性较优。同时,该工艺不影响纤维变色性能,可用于舞台服装。 In order to solve the problem of poor color changing response of traditional color changing fibers,the electrochromic microcapsule/PMMA hollow preform was prepared by using color changing microcapsule and PMMA as main raw materials.Copper wire was used as conductive metal wire,and electrochromic fabric was prepared by fiber hot drawing.The test results show that when the voltage is 3 V,the color changing time,temperature and recovery time are about 10 s,34℃and 5 s respectively.The sensitivity and softness of the electrochromic fiber are better.At the same time,the process does not affect the color changing property of the fibers,which can be used for stage performance clothing.
