摘要
针对家用地板清洁机器人生产企业快速响应市场的需求,提出了机器人机械结构平台化设计的思想,确定了机器人平台的设计方案,完成了平台的参数化设计,并在平台的基础上完成了打蜡机器人、扫地机器人和拖地机器人系列产品的设计。研究表明,平台化设计可以极大地缩短生产企业的新产品开发周期,降低设计成本,提高企业对市场的快速响应能力。
For household cleaning robot production enterprises,rapid response to the market demand is very important.We put forward the thought of the mechanical structure platform.The robot design platform is determined and the parametric design of the platform is completed.On the basis of the platform,the floor waxing robot,sweeping robot and mop robot are designed.Research shows that the platform design can greatly shorten the new product development cycle for the production enterprise,reduce the design cost,and improve the enterprise rapid response ability to the market.
