正态模糊TODIM法及其在航空服务评价中的应用

Normal fuzzy decision TODIM method and its application in aviation service evaluation

针对正态模糊数型多属性决策问题,考虑到决策者的参照依赖和损失规避行为,提出了正态模糊TODIM决策方法。首先,根据经典TODIM法思想,定义正态模糊数的两两比较优势度,以此计算各属性下方案的两两比较优势度;然后,通过集成运算得到各方案的综合优势度,并利用综合优势度对方案排序;最后,将正态模糊TODIM法应用于航空服务评价问题,通过算例分析和方法对比说明该决策方法的可行性和有效性。

For the multi-attribute decision making problem in which the attribute information is of the form of the normal fuzzy number,the normal fuzzy TODIM method is proposed considering the decision maker′s reference dependence and loss aversion behaviors.Firstly,according to the classic TODIM method,the pairwise comparative advantage degree between normal fuzzy numbers is defined.Then,the pairwise comparative advantage degree of alternatives under each attribute are calculated by this way.Secondly,the overall advantage degree of each alternative is obtained by the aggregation operation,then the alternatives are ranked by using the overall advantage degree.Finally,the normal fuzzy TODIM method is applied to the evaluation of aviation service satisfaction,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by concrete examples and comparative analysis of several different methods.
