基于核心素养的方正教育文化建设探索

特色化办学是当今基础教育发展的趋势,也是实现教育向更高层次发展的要求。为实现城乡教育优质均衡发展,山东省临沂沂堂中学突出办学特色,在“行方智圆,守正日新”的核心理念指引下,构建了完整的方正教育体系,在提升学生核心素养的同时,实现了学校的高品质发展。文章以山东省临沂沂堂中学为例,对基于核心素养的方正教育文化建设进行探讨。

Characteristic school running is not only the development trend of basic education,but also the requirement to realize the development of education to a higher level.In order to realize the high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural education,Shandong Linyi Yitang middle school has highlighted its school running characteristics,constructed a complete founder education system under the guidance of the core concept of"acting wisely,keeping upright and innovating",and realized the high-quality development of the school while improving students'core competence.Taking Yitang middle school in Linyi,Shandong Province as an example,this paper discusses the construction of founder education culture based on core competence.
