摘要
目前,随着高中课业压力的与日俱增,如何缓解高中生的压力是值得广大教育工作者思考的问题。音乐是人类生活中不可缺少的一部分,是人生的一种快乐,所以通过音乐治疗法来解决高中学生心理压力问题是比较容易被学生接受的方式。文章立足于音乐治疗法现状,分析中国音乐治疗法的起源,探讨音乐治疗法在高中校园中的实施途径:聆听音乐,高中校园也可以有童谣;演唱歌曲,班级也可以有好声音;兴趣激发,音乐课堂也可以有个性;润物无声,创编校园音乐心理剧。
At present,with the increasing pressure of high school schoolwork,how to alleviate the learning pressure of senior high school students is a problem worthy of thinking by educators.Music is an indispensable part of human life and a kind of happiness in life.Therefore,it is easier for students to accept music therapy to solve the psychological pressure of high school students.Based on the current situation of music therapy,this paper analyzes the origin of Chinese music therapy,and discusses the implementation ways of music therapy in senior middle school campus:listening to music,senior middle school campus can also have nursery rhymes;singing songs,the class can also have a good voice;interest stimulation,music class can also have personality;moisten things silently and carry out campus music psychodrama.
