With the advancement of the reform of college entrance examination,the goal of mathematics teaching in senior middle school has changed from performance improvement to ability strengthening,so that students can achieve all-round development under the new education mode and meet the social needs.This requires teachers to break the traditional teaching thinking,actively change the teaching concept,optimize the teaching mode,adjust the teaching plan according to the reform direction of the college entrance examination,build an efficient mathematics classroom and improve students'mathematics learning ability.This paper focuses on the senior middle school mathematics teaching strategy under the background of the content reform of the college entrance examination:adjust the teaching scheme in combination with the needs of teaching and examination,clarify the necessary mathematics knowledge and innovate the teaching mode,skillfully borrow the inheritance of mathematics culture to optimize the classroom preset,and adjust the teaching difficulty according to the students'ability.
