摘要
传统机械制图课程教学存在辅助教学工具过于抽象、机械模型成本高、教学方法陈旧等问题。随着3D打印技术的成熟,将3D打印技术引入高校机械制图课程教学中,可提高学生的学习积极性、自主性,促进生生之间的交流合作,激发学生的创作灵感,提高教学效果,节省教学成本。在具体教学中,教师可应用3D打印技术打印3D模型,进行物理制图、软件建模,以及胎模的精加工、局部装配,打印可视化成品等,以此完成2DCAD时代无法实现的协同工作,为教育教学提供新思路。
There are some problems in the teaching of traditional mechanical drawing, such as too abstract auxiliary teaching tools, high cost of mechanical model, outdated teaching methods and so on. With the maturity of 3 D printing technology, introducing 3 D printing technology into the teaching of mechanical drawing course in Colleges and universities can improve students’ learning enthusiasm and autonomy, promote exchanges and cooperation between students, stimulate students’ creative inspiration, improve teaching effect and save teaching cost. In specific teaching, teachers can apply 3 D printing technology to print 3 D models, Carry out physical drawing, software modeling, and finish machining, local assembly,printing and visualization of tire mold, so as to complete the collaborative work that cannot be realized in the 2 DCAD era and provide new ideas for education and teaching.
