高校党建与思想政治教育的融合发展探赜

Exploration of the Integrated Development of Party Construction and Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想融入高校思想政治教育中,既是实现高校思想政治教育科学性发展的重要着力点,也是高校落实培育时代新人根本任务的重要保障。文章以建构高校思想政治教育与党建工作的协同发展作为研究切入点,从党建工作的工作形式、发展要求、方法创新等方面分析高校思想政治教育协同发展过程中存在的问题,提出要推动高校党建与思想政治教育的创新发展,将特色教育融入党建与高校思政课堂中,使学生形成正确的意识形态,促进党建与思想政治教育的协同发展。

The integration of the thought of Xi Jinping socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is not only an important focus to realize the scientific development of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but also an important guarantee for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating new people of the times.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the coordinated development of Ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the aspects of work form,development requirements and method innovation of party construction,and puts forward that we should promote the innovative development of party construction and ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and integrate characteristic education into party construction and ideological and political classroom in colleges and universities,enable students to form correct ideology and promote the coordinated development of party construction and ideological and political education.
