基于校企合作人才培养模式的中专电子电工专业教学探究

Research on the Teaching of Electronic and Electrical Specialty in Technical Secondary Vocational School Based on the Talent Cultivate Mode of School-enterprise Cooperation

中专院校电子电工专业以培养高质量技能型人才为己任,当前背景下,基于校企合作人才培养模式的中专电子电工专业教学备受重视,如何更加高效地开展教学与实践,这是摆在中专院校教育工作者面前的一项重要任务。随着国家大力发展职业教育,电子电工专业教学实践取得了一定的成绩,但也存在一些问题,如教学观念落后、教材内容有待优化、教学方法单一和校企合作不够深入等。文章基于校企合作人才培养模式,对如何更好地开展中专院校电子电工专业教学进行深入分析与探究。

The electronic and electrical specialty in technical secondary vocational school takes cultivating high-quality skilled talents as its own responsibility.Under the current background,the teaching of electronic and electrical specialty in technical secondary vocational school based on the talent cultivate mode of school-enterprise cooperation has attracted much attention.How to carry out teaching and practice more efficiently is an important task for educators in technical secondary vocational school.With the vigorous development of vocational education,the teaching practice of electronic and electrical engineering specialty has made some achievements,but there are also some problems,such as backward teaching ideas,the content of teaching materials needs to be optimized,single teaching methods and insufficient in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises.Based on the school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivate mode,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and exploration on how to better carry out the teaching of electronic and electrical engineering specialty in technical secondary schools.
