摘要
通过低C、Nb、Ti微合金化、复合添加Cr、Mo的成分设计以及合理的TMCP工艺,开发出31.8 mm厚深海用X70管线钢,并对试制钢板的组织和性能进行深入分析、研究。试制钢板的组织为多边形铁素体、针状铁素体和贝氏体复相组织,屈服强度达到520 MPa以上,屈强比<0.85,-20℃冲击功达到300 J以上,-10℃横向落锤撕裂(DWTT)剪切面积>90%。试制深海用厚壁X70管线钢具有高强度、低屈强比、高韧性和优良低温抗动态撕裂能力的良好匹配。
By means of composition design for low C,Nb,Ti microalloying,addition of Cr,Mo in combination and rational TMCP process,31.8 mm thickness X70 pipeline steel for deep-sea application is developed,further analysis and research are carried out on microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steel plate.The test plate consists of duplex microstructure of polygonal ferrite,accicular ferrite and bainite with yield strength over 520 MPa,yield to tensile ratio below 0.85,impact absorbed energy value at-20℃over 300 J and transversal DWTT shearing area at-10℃over 90%.The X70 thick wall pipeline steel for deep-sea application possesses good matching of higher strength,lower yield to tensile ratio,higher toughness and excellent low temperature dynamic tearing resistance.
