摘要 钢包底吹氩是炼钢生产中常规的钢包搅拌方式,提供钢水成分温度均匀、夹杂物上浮等冶金功能所需的动能。研究表明,通过建立吹氩模型和钢包钢水裸露面积大小的视频监控,可以满足钢水夹杂物控制对钢水吹氩搅拌的要求,有助于高效化、智能化钢包吹氩技术应用。 Ladle bottom argon purging is a conventional ladle stirring method in steelmaking production,which provides the kinetic energy required for metallurgical functions such as molten steel temperature and composition homogenizing as well of inclusions floating.The research shows that the requirements of inclusion control in molten steel on argon purging can be satisfied by establishing argon purging model and exposed area video monitoring of molten steel in ladle,which is favorable for the application of efficient and intelligent ladle argon purging technology.
